March 6 film screening and discussion of “Tomorrow’s Freedom”

“Occupation imprisons our bodies, but our minds are free.”

The film tells the story of popular Palestinian leader and political prisoner, Marwan Barghouti. He was falsely imprisoned in 2002 and is currently serving five life sentences. Like the thousands of Palestinians illegally held by Israel, Barghouti has suffered unimaginable, inhumane conditions, but his commitment to the resistance has never wavered.
